Palak Cheese
Idli
Ingredients:

500 gm Idli Batter |
| - |
200 gm Palak (blanched) |
| - |
3-4 nos Green Chillies (chopped) |
| - |
100 gm Cottage Cheese (paneer) |
| - |
2 nos Onion (chopped) |
| - |
To taste Salt |

Preparation:

Grind the palak
along with green chillies to a
fine paste. |

Add this paste to the idli batter
in an Expressions Bowl and mix
well. |

Then pour the batter in the
greased idli moulds. |

Mix the chopped onion and grated
paneer & add salt from Spice
Shaker. |

Add this mixture as topping
on each palak idli and steam them
for about 7-8 minutes until they
are ready. |

Remove from steamer and serve
them with coconut chutney in Celebrations
Set/Snackatizer Set. |
Note:

It's a low calorie
dish. To make idli batter, you
have to soak idli rice and urad
dal separately in the ratio of
4:1, for at least 3-4 hours. Grind
to a smooth batter. Add salt and
let it ferment overnight. |
