Dhokla

Ingredients:
- Besan 100g
- Suji 20g
- Curd 25g
- Mustard seeds Ό tsp
- Green chilli 3
- Oil 1 tsp
- Curry leaves few
- Water 100ml
- Eno's fruit salt 1 pouch
- Sugar Ό tsp

 
Preparation:
- Mix besan and suji in a SS Bowl together. Add beaten curd previousely beaten and stored in a Buddy Bowls as well and mix well to form a thick batter. .
- Add Eno’s fruit salt to the batter and keep aside for 10-15 minutes to rise.
- Pour into the Rock'n' serve container. Microwave at High for 4-5 minutes till done
- For the seasoning, heat oil, add mustard seeds. When they splutter add curry leaves and split green chillies. Stir and add water along with the sugar.
- Pour over the dhokla.
- Cut into pieces and serve in our wonderful legacy plates.
