Dahi ka Cheela
Ingredients:

2 cups Sour Curd |
| - |
2 cups Whole Wheat Flour (atta) |
| - |
3-4 nos Green Chilli (chopped) |
| - |
½ tsp Ajwain |
| - |
To taste Salt |
| - |
For frying Ghee |
| - |
As required Water |

Preparation:

In an Expressions
Bowl mix together atta, curd,
ajwain, green chillies and add
salt from Spice Shaker. |

Make a thick batter
as for dosa/cheela, using as little
water as possible. |

Drop a little ghee on non-stick
tawa from Mini Magic Flow. |

Pour spoonful of batter on tawa
and spread it evenly. |

Cook cheela on one side, apply
ghee and fry from other side as
well until golden brown. |

Serve in Breakfast Plate with parantha/toasts. |
Note:
| - |
Chopped tomatoes,
onions and capsicum can be added
to the batter to make cheelas more colourful and tasty. |
