Sift maida with baking powder and cocoa 2-3 times and put aside in a Preludio Bowl |

Cream butter and sugar till light and fluffy in a Preludio Bowl. |

Add egg and mix well. |

Alternately add the maida and soda, mixing by cut and fold method. |

Pour the mixture into the Rock’n’serve dish and microwave at high for 5 minutes. |

Check if done with a toothpick which should come out clean when put into the cake. |
